School of Education

"When donors support our School of Education, they can elect to support either our laboratory schools (Horace Mann/Leet Center) or they can chose to support our future educators.  Their financial support of our laboratory schools ensure our young laboratory school students are learning through innovative and engaging methods, providing money for manipulatives, books, online learning experiences, and field trips to see learning in action (i.e. living history experiences with their practicing teachers to see history in action).  If donors chose to gift to our future educators, their financial resources help to off-set the additional costs of becoming a teacher, such as licensure test costs and background check fees. Gifting to our School of Education is helping to ensure our children’s education will be high quality and impactful. ."

-Dr. Nissa Ingraham, Director of the School of Education
