Continued Growth and Continued Success
As I enter my ninth year here at Northwest, I am thrilled to share that our team has grown to almost 115 student-athletes. This is an incredible milestone and a testament to the energy, excitement, and championship standard of our program!
We are coming off an unforgettable year of historic success on the national stage. Our women placed 7th in the NCAA Indoors and 6th in the NCAA Outdoors, while our men captured 8th place at the NCAA Indoors and 6th place at the NCAA Outdoors.
With that massive growth and elite-level success comes an increased need. We must fund uniforms, team bags, proper training shoes, and equipment for our brand-new throws team.
These are meaningful investments that directly support our athletes’ safety, performance, and pride. There’s nothing quite like a new pair of shoes to help prevent injury and put a big smile on a young athlete’s face.
Right now, we are looking to raise over $15,000 for gear and equipment, including a $5,000+ investment for shoes alone—and that’s just the beginning.
